Administrative Supervisor – Security Industry
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, demonstrated supervisory experience, and proven record in Qatar.

What You’ll Do
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising administrative operations, supporting HR and Marketing, managing documentation and compliance processes, and ensuring operational efficiency across the company’s security service contracts.
- Supervise and coordinate daily administrative operations
- Ensure office procedures are followed efficiently and in line with company policies
- Manage scheduling, document control, filing systems, and office supplies
- Liaise between departments and upper management to ensure smooth communication
- Assist with budgeting, procurement, and vendor coordination
- Implement improvements to streamline administrative processes
- Support HR and operations departments in onboarding new security staff and administration of human resources
- Support Marketing by assisting with content coordination, proposal preparation, documentation for tenders, and client-facing materials
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3–5 years of administrative supervisory experience in Qatar
- Proven record of managing office operations
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems
- Familiarity with Qatar labor laws and administrative standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
- Must have valid Qatar residency or be able to join immediately
